    What is Agent API?

The secret behind xAIa's implementation excellence.

Agent API is xAIa's own intellectual property in the integration layer. It connects AI employees to a client's CRM, ERP and databases, following the same screens, fields and rules a trained employee would, and checks every entry before it is saved.

Works the way your team works

We map how your people use your systems: every screen, field, dropdown, dependency and rule. The AI employee follows that map on every call.

    Matches the conversation
    Mandatory fields complete
    No duplicate record
    02

    Checks before it saves

A separate supervisor agent reviews each entry against the conversation and your rules before anything reaches your system.

Supervisor: confirm the outdoor unitSmall hiccup on my side, just to log this correctly: is the outdoor unit running?Yes, just warm air.
    03

    Recovers on the call

When an entry fails a check, the supervisor tells the AI employee exactly what is missing, and the AI employee asks the customer while they are still on the line.

    The problem

"Connected to your CRM" is where most AI projects break.

Connecting is easy. Writing the right value, in the right field, under the right rule, on every call, is the work. These are the three failures we see most.

Closest word, wrong faultChecked against the call

The wrong option from a long list

With hundreds of similar options, a generic integration picks the closest word and moves on.

Agent API checks the choice against what the customer said before saving.

    Duplicates and the wrong customer

A new record for a returning customer splits their history across two profiles.

Agent API identifies the caller before the AI employee speaks and checks again before creating anything.

    How it works

    From the first ring

    Recognise the caller

Agent API identifies the caller from unique identifiers, such as phone number, account or order number, and pulls the entire customer file from your CRM before the AI employee says a word.

    Follow your workflow

Your entire workflow is mapped during integration: every screen, field, dropdown, dependency and rule, in the order your team uses them.

Fill the record during the conversation

As the customer explains, the AI employee chooses the right values from the right lists, level by level, while the call is still going.

    What is Agent API?

Agent API is xAIa's own intellectual property in the integration layer, connecting AI employees to a client's CRM, ERP and databases. It follows the same screens, fields and rules a trained employee would, and a separate supervisor agent validates every entry before it is saved.

Can an AI voice agent fill complex CRM forms correctly?

Yes. Agent API maps every field, dropdown, dependency and rule in your system, so the AI employee chooses the right value from long, nested lists and the supervisor agent confirms it against the conversation before saving.

What happens when the AI employee enters something wrong?

The supervisor agent catches it before it is saved and tells the AI employee what is missing. The AI employee asks the customer on the same call. If the value still cannot be confirmed, the entry is logged with a note for your team, and no wrong value is written.

    How long does integration take?

One to two weeks for an end-to-end, enterprise-grade integration, followed by around two weeks of conversation design and tuning, for a full implementation in about 30 days.

Which systems does Agent API work with?

CRMs, ERPs, helpdesks, databases, booking systems and custom or legacy APIs. If your team works it through a screen, we can map it.

Is Agent API sold on its own?

Agent API is part of every xAIa implementation. It is how our AI employees connect to your systems.
