Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us

The contact form on this site is the only place we ask you for personal data. When you submit it we receive the fields you filled in:

• your name;
• your work email address;
• your company;
• your phone number, including the country code you select;
• the area of interest you choose; and
• the message you write.

We use these solely to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the services you asked about. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact-form submission.

Information collected automatically

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar profiling tool. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, and we use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures page-loading performance in aggregate. That measurement is about page speed, not about identifying you.

Who processes it

We keep the number of third parties small, and each one only handles what it needs to:

• Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.
• Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to us as email.
• Neon— the managed database behind the site's article content.

Depending on the configuration in use, a contact-form submission may also be forwarded to our own customer-relationship system so the right person picks it up.

Where the data goes

Our service providers operate internationally, so a contact-form submission may be processed outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on those providers' contractual data-protection terms. If your project requires data to remain in a specific jurisdiction, tell us before you share anything sensitive — for client deployments, data residency is something we design around rather than assume.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the commercial relationship, and delete it on request. We do not need to hold your data indefinitely to answer an email.

Your rights

The UAE's data-protection framework is Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, in force since 2 January 2022. Subject to it and to any other law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Write to info@xaia.ae and we will respond.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, the contact endpoint validates and rate-limits what it accepts, and administrative access to the content system requires a second authentication factor. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, this page changes with them and the date above is updated. Questions are welcome at info@xaia.ae, or through the contact page.
