Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of xaia.ae. They do not replace any signed agreement between xAIa and a client.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything published here. By using the site you agree not to attempt to disrupt it, to access non-public areas of it, or to scrape it in a way that degrades service for other people. Automated access for search indexing and AI retrieval is expressly permitted — see our robots.txt.

Content and intellectual property

The articles, brand, logos and page designs on this site belong to xAIa and PRO TECHnology Group. Quoting an article with attribution and a link back is fine and encouraged. Republishing a whole article as your own, or using the xAIa name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist, is not.

Performance figures and case examples

This site describes results from live deployments, including call volumes, response times and answer rates. Those figures describe what specific systems have done in specific deployments at a point in time. They are illustrative, not a service-level commitment, and your results will depend on your traffic, your integrations and your own processes. Any performance commitment xAIa makes to you will be written into a signed agreement, not inferred from a blog post.

Nothing here is an offer or professional advice

The content on this site is published for information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or compliance advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Our writing about regulated processes — compliance obligations, call recording, data residency — describes how our software approaches them and is not a substitute for advice from your own advisers or your regulator.

Third-party links

Where we link to another organisation's site, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and current, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Where an article is retired, we try to leave a correct signal behind rather than a broken link.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, xAIa is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Contact

Questions about these terms go to info@xaia.ae, or through the contact page. Our privacy practices are set out separately in our privacy policy.
