AI call compliance monitoring
Review every deal against every rule that applies.

ComplAI reads every recorded call on a deal, human and AI, against UAE rules, supplier terms and your scripts, and gives your reviewers the riskiest deal first.

Example: Both calls on deal 4471 passed QA. Is the deal clean? The AI employee answers, and the result: Deal flagged high risk, both calls attached; Added to Karim's coaching list.

A sale opens on one call and closes on another, often weeks apart. ComplAI reviews the whole deal against every rule that applies.

What every deal is checked for.

Every conversation follows the rules your regulators set.

  • Consent before the pitch

Every pitch on the deal checked for consent obtained first.

  • Opening disclosures

Recording notice, company and purpose checked as each call opens.

  • Calling hours and refusals

Calls checked against the permitted window, and refusals against the next contact.

Whether you run compliance or a sales team.

Review every deal, with the evidence a regulator asks for.

  • Every call reviewed

100% of calls checked against your rules as each recording lands.

  • Cross-call breaches

A disclosure contradicted on a later call is caught on the deal.

  • Three rule sets

Regulator, supplier contract and industry code checked, with the missed obligation named.

  • Verdicts you can defend

Independent passes must agree before a verdict is written, or a person decides.

  • Risk-ranked queue

Exceptions ranked by exposure, each opening at the marked moment in the audio.

  • Evidence on file

Recording, timestamp, rule version and reviewer sign-off linked to every verdict.

Example: ComplAI reads one call's transcript, the agent and the customer line by line, flags each line against the rules (pass, risk or breach), and adds a verdict for every call to one list.

In short

ComplAI, xAIa's compliance layer, reviews every recorded call, human and AI, against the rules that apply to it: UAE regulation, your supplier contracts and your own scripts. It links the calls that belong to one deal, so a breach that spans two calls is found, and ranks each finding by risk with the evidence attached.

Role-based access, audit logs on every action, limits your team sets, PII redaction, and ComplAI checking every conversation. Your data never trains shared models.

In a UAE cloud, inside your private cloud, or on premise in your own data centre. Speech recognition, the language model and the voice can run in the UAE, so conversations are processed in-country, not only stored there.

Your CRM, ERP and case systems through their APIs, so each recording is filed on the account and the deal it belongs to.

Recordings from the telephony you already run, through a SIP trunk, cloud PBX or your contact center platform, ingested as each call ends.

FAQ

Questions compliance teams ask about AI call review

What does deal-level review catch that per-call QA misses?

The contradiction that spans two conversations. A disclosure given correctly on the opening call and contradicted on the closing call is a breach, but reviewed one recording at a time both calls pass, because neither contains the error on its own. ComplAI reconstructs the whole deal across every call attached to it, often weeks apart and with a different agent on each, and reviews the whole sequence.

Does ComplAI review human agents or only AI calls?

Both, on the same terms. It ingests recordings from the telephony you already run, so a floor of human agents is reviewed against the same rule sets as any AI agent in the same operation. For most teams that is the first time both sides have been measured by one standard.

How does it handle rules that contradict each other?

It reports the conflict openly, outside the score. A deal is checked against the regulator, the supplier contract and the industry code at once, and these rarely line up: one requires a disclosure, another words it differently, a third times it differently. The output names the obligation that was missed and the rule set it came from, so the discussion happens over a specific clause.

Does 100% review replace the compliance team?

It changes how the team spends its day. A reviewer clears 15 to 20 calls a day and cannot cover a busy floor, so sampling reaches 1 to 2% and the other 98% goes unread. ComplAI reads all of it, ranks the exceptions by risk and marks the moment in the audio, so the reviewer's day goes to judgment calls.
